520. חייל המסרב להישמע לפקודות
חייל שעבר אחת העבירות האלה:
(1)נדרש כדין למסור לשלטון אזרחי חייל אחר הסר למשמעתו ובמזיד לא עשה זאת;
(2)הפריע לעצירת חייל או נמנע במזיד מסייע לעצירת חייל הסר למשמעתו על ידי אדם שאינו חייל אך הוא מוסמך לכך כדין,
דינו – מאסר שנתיים.
