אין האמור בסעיפים 523, 524 ו־525 בא לגרוע מזכותו של אדם שלא נתחייב בדין, לתבוע לעצמו מידי המדינה רכוש שהוחרם לפי סעיפים אלה, או מידי אדם רכוש שנמסר לו לפיהם.
