תיקון: תשפ״ו־2
הרמטכ״ל יגיש לוועדת החוץ והביטחון של הכנסת, עד 31 במרץ בכל שנה, דין וחשבון לגבי השנה הקלנדרית שקדמה למועד הדיווח, ובו פירוט הפעולות השונות שנקט למניעת הטרדה מינית בצבא וכן מספר הדיווחים על הטרדות מיניות שהוגשו לממונה על הטיפול בהטרדות מיניות בצבא ואופן הטיפול בהן; בדין וחשבון האמור לא ייכללו פרטי מידע שיאפשרו את זיהוי המדווח, המתלונן או הנילון ואנשים אחרים המעורבים בדיווח.
