550. פתיחת הבירור
תיקון: תשל״ב
(א)משהוגשה קבילה, יפתח נציב הקבילות בבירורה, זולת אם ראה שאינה ממלאה אחרי סעיף 544 או שאינה ממלאה בפרט חשוב אחרי סעיף 545 או שאינה בגדר סעיף 546 או בגדר סעיף 547, או שאין לברר אותה מאחת הסיבות המנויות בסעיפים 548 או 549 או שהיא קנטרנית או טרדנית.
(ב)במקרים האמורים בסעיף קטן (א), יודיע נציב הקבילות לקובל בכתב, שלא יטפל בקבילה, ויציין את הנימוקים לכך.
