נציב הקבילות וכל אדם אחר שבעזרתו מבצע נציב הקבילות את תפקידיו חייבים לשמור בסוד כל ידיעה שהגיעה אליהם לרגל תפקידם, ולא לגלותה אלא בביצוע המוטל עליהם בחלק זה.
