63. איום על ממלאי תפקיד
חייל שאיים באלימות על זקיף, על שוטר צבאי בקשר לתפקידו של השוטר או כשהשוטר בתפקיד, או על חייל שהופקד על שמירת אדם, רכוש או מקום, דינו – מאסר שלוש שנים.
