77. הוצאת רכוש מרשות הצבא
תיקון: תשל״ז, תשמ״ג, תשמ״ז־2
(א)חייל שהוציא ביודעין ושלא כדין רכוש צבאי מרשות הצבא, דינו –
(1)מאסר שלוש שנים – אם ערך הרכוש אינו עולה על הסכום הקובע;
(2)מאסר שבע שנים – אם ערך הרכוש עולה על הסכום הקובע.
(ב)בסעיף זה, ”הסכום הקובע“ – סכום השוה לעשרה שיעורים של שכר יסוד חדשי של טוראי בשירות חובה, כפי שהוא בשעת ביצוע העבירה.
