87. נטישת כלי טיס או כלי שיט
חייל מן הצוות של כלי טיס או של כלי שיט שנטש את הכלי ללא רשות בשעה שנשקפת לכלי סכנת אבדן, דינו – מאסר שלוש שנים, ואם היה מפקד הכלי, דינו – מאסר שבע שנים.
