1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה:
”מוזיאון“ – מוזיאון שהוכרז עליו כעל מוזיאון מוכר לפי חוק המוזיאונים, התשמ״ג–1983;
”המפקח“ – מפקח כבאות ראשי שמונה לפי סעיף 22 לחוק;
תפקיד ”מפקח כבאות ראשי“ לפי חוק שירותי הכבאות, תשי״ט–1959 הוחלף בתפקיד ”נציב כבאות והצלה“ לפי חוק הרשות הארצית לכבאות והצלה, התשע״ב–2012.
”אמצעי כיבוי“ – ציוד, חמרים ומיתקנים המשמשים לכיבוי דליקות כמפורט בתוספת, לפי תקן ישראלי שאישר מכון התקנים, ובאין תקן ישראלי – לפי אישור המפקח.
