Section 1 of תקנות המרשם הפלילי ותקנת השבים (כללי מסירת מידע בידי המשטרה הצבאית), התשנ״ח–1998, הגדרות.
1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”מבקש“ – רשות או בעל תפקיד מן המפורטים בסעיף 5(ג) לחוק, המגיש בקשה לקבלת מידע;
”מידע“ – כל אחד מאלה:
(1)פרטי רישום כמשמעותם בסעיף 2 לחוק;
(2)פרטים בדבר חקירות שבהן התגבש חומר לשם פתיחת תיק, ומשפטים פליליים תלויים ועומדים כמשמעותם בסעיף 11 לחוק;
”מאגר מידע“ – אוסף נתוני מידע המוחזק במחשב כהגדרתו בחוק המחשבים, התשנ״ה–1995.
