4. רישום מסירת מידע
נמסר מידע על פי בקשה לפי תקנה 2(א), יירשמו במאגר המידע פרטים מזהים של הפונה וסוג המידע שנמסר לו; רישום כאמור יישמר לתקופה של חמש שנים ממועד מסירת המידע.
