2. חישוב התקופה
(א)התקופה תתחיל מהמועד הקובע ולעניין פרק ב׳, מהמועד הקובע או ממועד ביטול הרישום האחרון לגבי האדם שהרישום נוגע לו, לפי המאוחר מביניהם.
(ב)בחשד לביצוע כמה עבירות בידי אותו אדם, הנחקרות באותו תיק חקירה, תחושב התקופה על פי העבירה החמורה מביניהן.
