Section 2 of תקנות העיטורים בצבא הגנה לישראל (אות מערכת צוק איתן – קביעת אזרחים זכאים), התשע״ה–2015, אות מערכה אישי לעובדי מערכת הביטחון וביטחון הפנים.
2. אות מערכה אישי לעובדי מערכת הביטחון וביטחון הפנים
אדם שבתקופה הקובעת נמנה במשך 5 ימים רצופים לפחות על אחת מקבוצות אלה, זכאי לאות המערכה:
(1)עובדים אזרחיים בשירות צה״ל;
(2)עובדי מינהלת התיאום והקישור לאזור רצועת עזה ביחידת מתאם פעולות הממשלה בשטחים;
(3)אגודת מגן דוד אדום לישראל שהוקמה בחוק מגן דוד אדום, התש״י–1950;
(4)הרשות הארצית לכבאות והצלה שהוקמה בחוק הרשות הארצית לכבאות והצלה, התשע״ב–2012;
(5)רכזי הביטחון השוטף הצבאי של היישובים.
