35א. בדיקת נתונים אישיים ומקצועיים
תיקון: תשכ״ט, תשע״ד
נציב השירות רשאי, ביזמתו או על פי בקשת ועדת הבוחנים, לערוך או להורות לאחר לערוך בדיקה של הנתונים האישיים והמקצועיים של מועמד במכרז פלוני, לרבות קבלת חוות דעת על מועמד מאת מעבידו הנוכחי או מעבידים קודמים, המשטרה, מוסדות הבטחון וממליצים שצויינו על ידי המועמד.
