48א. ביטול החלטה של ועדת הבוחנים
תיקון: תשנ״ד
נציב שירות המדינה או ממלא מקומו רשאי לבטל החלטה של ועדת בוחנים אם המועמד שנבחר אינו עונה על דרישות המשרה או תקן אותה משרה או אם נמצאו פגמים בהליכי המכרז.
