Section 3 of כללי שירות המדינה (מינויים) (סייגים בקרבה משפחתית), התשס״ח–2007, קרבה משפחתית הנוצרת תוך כדי שירות.
3. קרבה משפחתית הנוצרת תוך כדי שירות
נוצרה קרבה משפחתית בין שני עובדים במשרד או ביחידה מינהלית, לפי העניין, ויש ביניהם יחסי כפיפות, קשרי עבודה או ניגוד עניינים, יועבר אחד מן העובדים למשרה אחרת במשרד או ביחידה המינהלית, לפי העניין; אם אין ההעברה אפשרית, רשאי האחראי, באישור נציבות שירות המדינה, להתיר את המשך העסקתם של העובדים האמורים במשרותיהם לתקופה שלא תעלה על שנה אחת, תוך קביעת תנאים להעסקתם או להעסקת אחד מהם, בהתחשב בשיקולים המפורטים בסעיף 4(א).
