48. סייג לשידור ערוצים
תיקון: תשנ״ב, תשס״ב־2, תשפ״א
בכפוף לאמור בסעיפים 46 ו־47, ולהוראות כל דין, לא יועברו שידורים מערוצים ולא ישודרו מישדרים [במקור: תכניות] מערוצים, אלא אם כן קיבל בעל הזיכיון או בעל הרישיון את הסכמת המשדר המקורי לצורך שידור או הפצה של המשדרים [במקור: התכניות] באמצעותו.
