53יב. דיווח למועצה
תיקון: תשס״ג־2, תשפ״א
(א)לדרישת המועצה, יגיש בעל רישיון לשידורים למועצה דוח בדבר החסויות שניתנו במשך התקופה שתקבע המועצה בדרישתה; בדוח יפורטו שם המשדר, שם המממן, תאריך השידור, אורך המישדר, תוכן המישדר, משך הודעת החסות, מספר הודעות החסות, וכל מידע נוסף שתדרוש המועצה.
(ב)המועצה תקבע את אופן הגשת הדוח ומתכונתו, ורשאית היא לקבוע כי יוגש באמצעי ספרתי.
