בלי לגרוע מן האמור בסעיף 7, לא יינתן ייעוץ לציבור במישדר שתכנו הוא בתחום מומחיות מקצועית, לרבות בתחום רפואה, משפט וכספים אלא אם כן הובאו הדברים מפיו או בשמו של מומחה, לפי הענין, המוסמך לעסוק באותו תחום לפי כל דין.
