9ב. קטעי שיחזור
תיקון: תשנ״ז
(א)קטעי שיחזור המשולבים במישדר המכיל מידע עובדתי, לרבות חדשות מקומיות ומידע בעניני היום באזור, ילוו בכתוביות המציינות כי הקטעים הם קטעי שיחזור.
(ב)בסעיף זה, ”קטעי שיחזור“ – קטעים המשוחקים בידי שחקנים והמשחזרים אירועים אמיתיים ובני אדם שנטלו חלק בהם.
