תיקון: תשפ״ב
השר לביטחון הפנים ידווח לוועדת העבודה הרווחה והבריאות של הכנסת, אחת לשנה בתקופת הוראת השעה, על ההליכים שננקטו בהתאם להוראות פרק ז׳1 לחוק סדר הדין הפלילי, כנוסחן בחוק זה, לרבות על אלה: מספר הודעות תשלום הקנס שנמסרו, מספר הבקשות לביטול קנס שהוגשו וההחלטות שניתנו לגביהן, מספר הבקשות להישפט שהוגשו, מספר תיקי החקירה שנפתחו ומספר כתבי האישום שהוגשו, וכן על גזרי הדין שניתנו.
