10. מסירת מידע מהמחלקה לחקירת שוטרים לפי סעיף 8(ב) ו־(ג) לחוק
תיקון: תשס״ה
מידע על השלבים המנויים בפרטים 1 עד 3 בתוספת השניה לחוק ובפרט 1 בתוספת השלישית לחוק, שמוסרת המחלקה לחקירת שוטרים שבמשרד המשפטים, יימסר לנפגע עבירה שביקש זאת באמצעות טלפון או בכתב, כפי שייקבע בנוהלי המחלקה האמורה.
