2. מידע בדבר זכויות והליכים
לצורך מימוש זכותו לקבלת מידע של נפגע עבירה, לפי סעיף 8(א) לחוק, יופקדו במקומות המפורטים בתקנה 5, דפי מידע שיפרטו מהן הזכויות שמעניק החוק לנפגע עבירה, ויתארו באופן כללי את השלבים בניהולו של הליך פלילי.
