לצורך מימוש זכותו לקבלת מידע של נפגעי עבירה, לפי סעיף 6(3) לחוק, יופקדו במקומות המפורטים בתקנה 5, דפי מידע שיפרטו, באופן כללי, דרכי הגנה אפשריות.
