9. הוראת מעבר
על אף האמור בתקנה 3(ד), בקשה הנוגעת לדרישה לקבלת שירות אשר הוגשה לבעל רישיון ערב יום התחילה, תוגש לוועדה המייעצת בתוך 30 ימים מיום הקמתה של הוועדה המייעצת.
