5. סיווג הכשירות הרפואית
בהתאם להחלטתו, ירשום הרופא, סיווג כשירות רפואית כאחד מאלה:
(1)כשיר מבחינה רפואית לשרת במשרה הנדונה ובכל משרה מסוג המשרה הנדונה;
(2)כשיר מבחינה רפואית לשרת במשרה הנדונה בלבד;
(3)אינו כשיר מבחינה רפואית לשרת במשרה הנדונה;
(4)חייב לעמוד בבדיקה רפואית נוספת כעבור זמן שיורה הרופא;
(5)כשיר מבחינה רפואית לשרת במשרה הנדונה בהגבלת זכויות מחמת מצב בריאותי, לפי חוק הגימלאות.
