7. הגשת מידע ומסמכים ובחינת הבקשה
(א)מבקש יגיש למנהל, בכל עת שיידרש לכך, כל מידע או מסמך, לרבות בדבר בעל ענין במבקש, או בדבר נושא משרה בו או בבעל ענין בו, הדרושים, לדעת המנהל, לשם בחינת בקשתו.
(ב)בקשה תיבחן בידי המנהל לענין עמידתה בתנאים למתן רישיון לפי פרק ג׳; המנהל יביא בפני השר את ממצאיו.
