בדיני הקדש, קיומו, החלפתו, ניצולו, נאמנות עליו, קביעת הנהנים ממנו וחלוקת הכנסותיו, נוהגים לפי שטרי ההקדש או לפי הנוהג הקיים מימי קדם ולפי הנוהג הדרוזי והחוקים שבתוקף.
