32.
הותיר הבעל את אשתו ללא מזונות ונעלם או נעדר בנסעו למקום רחוק או נפקד, יקבע הקאדי דמי מזונות החל מיום הבקשה לאחר שיוכחו הנישואין וההיעדרות או היות הבעל נפקד, ולאחר שהאישה תישבע שבעלה לא השאיר לה מזונות וכי אין היא גרושה, וכן ירשה לאישה ללוות כספים בשם הבעל, בעת הצורך.
