34.
בעל נעדר שהשאיר רכוש או תביעת חוב אצל אחר, והודה בכך שומר הפיקדון או החייב, או הכחיש את הדבר אך האישה הוכיחה אותו בפני בית הדין או בית המשפט האזרחי המוסמך, יקבע לה הקאדי דמי מזונות מתוך הרכוש או מן ההכנסה הבאה ממנו או מתמורתו החל מיום הבקשה, לאחר שהוכיח את קיום הנישואין ותישבע על כך שבעלה לא השאיר לה מזונות וכי אין היא גרושה.
