תיקון: תשע״ד
ביקשה בגירה, שגילה נע בין שמונה עשרה [במקור: שבע עשרה] לבין עשרים ואחד, להינשא למישהו, על הקאדי להודיע על כך לאפוטרופוס שלה. אם אין האפוטרופוס מתנגד תוך חמשה עשר יום מן היום שבו נמסרה לו ההודעה, או התנגד ונתברר שאין מקום להתנגדותו, על הקאדי להרשות את נישואיה.
