אם גרושה אינה רשאית לנסוע עם הילד שהיא משגיחה עליו מהישוב של אביו אל ישוב רחוק ללא רשות מאביו. וכן כל משגיחה אחרת שאינה האם, אינה רשאית בכלל להעביר ילד ממקום ההשגחה עליו אלא ברשות אביו או ברשות הקאדי אם אין לו אב.
