אישה מחוסרת אמצעים הנשואה לאדם שאינו אבי הילד, מזונותיה על בעלה ולא על ילדה, אך אם היה בעלה מחוסר אמצעים או נעדר והילד שלה שלא מבעלה זה היה בעל אמצעים, יצווה להוציא עליה מזונות שיהיו חוב על בעלה ויוכל לתבעו ממנו לכשיהיה בעל אמצעים או לכשיבוא.
