78.
בן שנעדר ויש לו כסף המופקד אצל אדם או תביעת חוב עליו, רשאי הקאדי לצוות על מתן דמי מזונות ממנו להוריו העניים. הוציא בעל הפיקדון את הפיקדון, או החייב את החוב, על הוריו של הנעדר ללא רשות ממנו או בלי צו מאת הקאדי, יהא חייב לנעדר במה שהוציא ואינו יכול לתבוע את ההורים.
