14. הודעה על דיון
הודעה על דיון בבקשה לפי פרק זה תהיה ערוכה לפי טופס 15 שבתוספת, ותומצא למבקש ולמשיב, וכן –
(1)בבקשה לפי סעיף 2ג(א)(2) או (3) לחוק – גם לממונה על המבקש, לפי העניין, כמשמעותו בסעיף האמור;
(2)בבקשה לפי סעיפים 2ג(ב) ו־5(ב) או (ג) לחוק, שמגיש מפקד היחידה, כמשמעותו באותם סעיפים – גם למפקד היחידה.
