16. הפרת צו הגנה
(א)בקשה בשל הפרת צו הגנה (בפרק זה – בקשה בשל הפרה) תוגש כשהיא ערוכה לפי טופס 16 שבתוספת; בקשה בשל הפרה תוגש לבית הדין שנתן את הצו, אלא אם כן הועבר התיק, לפי תקנה 2(ג).
(ב)תקנה 4 בעניין מועד הדיון תחול בשינויים המחויבים; והודעה על דיון בבקשה בשל הפרה תומצא למשיב ערוכה לפי טופס 17 שבתוספת.
(ג)תקנה 6 תחול, בשינויים המחויבים, לעניין התייצבות בעלי הדין לדיון בבקשה בשל הפרה.
