18. החלת סדרי הדין של בתי הדין השרעיים
(א)בכל עניין של סדר דין הנוגע לצו הגנה, שאין עליו הוראה אחרת בתקנות אלה, יחולו סדרי הדין הנהוגים בבית הדין, בשינוים המחויבים לפי עניין.
(ב)תקנת משנה (א) תחול גם על הליך ערעור שהוגש על החלטה של בית הדין.
