תיקון: תשפ״ד
(הוראת שעה ל־3 שנים מיום 22.8.2024): הועברה הערכת מסוכנות למי מהצדדים לפי סעיף 6א(ה) לחוק, לא יזומן מעריך מסוכנות להיחקר על חוות דעתו, אלא ברשות בית הדין, וזאת לאחר שהוגשה בקשה מנומקת לחקור אותו.
