בכל עניין של סדר דין הנוגע לצו הגנה שאין עליו הוראה בתקנות אלה, יחולו סדרי דין הנהוגים בבית הדין לפי תקנות סדרי הדין בפני בתי הדין הדתיים הדרוזיים – 1964, בשינויים המחויבים לפי העניין.
