7. צו הגנה
תיקון: תשפ״ד
(א)צו הגנה יהיה ערוך לפי טופס 6 שבתוספת.
(ב)הודעה לפי סעיף 2ו לחוק, תימסר ערוכה לפי טופס 7 שבתוספת.
(ג)(הוראת שעה ל־3 שנים מיום 6.8.2024): הורה בית הדין על צו הגנה בתנאי פיקוח טכנולוגי מותנה, יובהר לצדדים כי לצורך מימוש הוראות הצו, יחידת הפיקוח הטכנולוגי תיצור עימם קשר בהמשך.
