2א. אופן חישוב תמלוגים
תיקון: תש״ע
הכנסות אשר לא משולמים תמלוגים בגינן, וכן תשלומים וחובות רעים אשר אינם מיוחסים להכנסות ממתן שירותים אשר בעדם משולמים תמלוגים, לא יותרו לניכוי לפי התוספת הראשונה, השניה או השלישית, לפי העניין.
