8. אי־קיום אסיפה במקום מסוכן
לא תיערך אסיפה במקום שבו קיימת סכנה לבני אדם ממפולת, ממים, מחשמל, מגזים, מריחות, מחום, מקור, מחומר נפץ, מנשק, מבעלי־חיים וכיוצא באלה, אלא אם כן ניתן לכך אישור מראש מאת מהנדס, בתיאום עם מפקד המרחב של המשטרה ומנהל לשכת הבריאות המחוזית ולאחר שנתמלאו כל התנאים שהותנו באותו אישור; הטוען שניתן האישור עליו הראיה.
