9. דיון מחדש על פי בקשת הנכה
חלפו שישה חדשים מיום שנדחתה תביעתו של נכה לקיצבה מיוחדת, או מיום שנקבע שיעור הקיצבה המיוחדת והנכה המציא אישור רפואי כי חלה החמרה במצבו הרפואי שיש בה כדי להשפיע על זכותו לקבלת קיצבה מיוחדת או על שיעורה, ידון ויחליט המוסד מחדש על זכאותו של הנכה לקיצבה מיוחדת, על פי בקשתו.
