9. הכנת הקלפי
ביום ההצבעה תימצא על השולחן שלידו יושבים חברי ועדת הקלפי של קלפי ייעודית, מחיצה שקופה למניעת רסס כאמור בסעיף 8(א)(1); המחיצה תוצב כך שיהיה ניתן לזהות את הבוחר דרכה.
