3. החלפת מקום עבודתו והחזקתו של אסיר
רשאי מנהל בית הסוהר להחליף את סוג עבודתו של אסיר ואת מקום החזקתו אם ראה צורך בכך ויביא בפני הועדה את נימוקיו.
