32. מכתבים
תיקון: תשנ״ו
(א)כל אסיר רשאי לקבל נייר כתיבה, במידה הדרושה לכתיבת מכתבים. דמי משלוח דברי דואר יהיו על חשבון האסיר, זולת אם ראה מנהל בית הסוהר שראוי לפטור אותו מתשלום זה מחמת מצבו הכספי.
(ב)הוראות תקנת משנה (א) לא יחולו על עצור, אלא אם כן הרשה זאת הממונה על החקירה, בהוראה בכתב.
