59. ניכויים
(א)ההוצאות שהוצאו למען אסיר בשל יציאתו לעבודת שיקום כגון: הוצאות נסיעה, כלכלה ולבוש, ייחשבו כחוב שחייב האסיר לבית הסוהר.
(ב)מנהל בית הסוהר רשאי לנכות מסכום פקדונו של האסיר את סכום ההוצאות שהוצאו עליו בשל יציאתו לעבודת שיקום.
