60ד. שימוש בכספי הקרן
תיקון: תש״ן
הנציב רשאי לעשות שימוש בכספי הקרן לצורך המטרות האלה:
(1)קניית ציוד למועדוני אסירים בבתי הסוהר.
(2)קניית ציוד שיאפשר פעילות חינוך, ספורט, חברה ותרבות לאסירים בבתי הסוהר.
(3)סיוע בפעולות שיקום לאסירים טרם שחרורם מבתי הסוהר.
(4)סיוע לאסירים נפגעי תאונת עבודה שארעה להם במהלך מאסרם, שיאפשר להם לרכוש מוצרים בקנטינה.
(5)סיוע לכל פעילות אחרת שמטרתה רווחת אסירים.
