62. סמכות הנציב לפטור
הנציב רשאי במקרים הנראים לו לפטור מועמד לגיוס או סוג מועמדים לגיוס או את המועמדים לסוג מסויים של שירות מכל אחד מהתנאים האמורים בתקנה 61.
