77. תנאים
הורה הנציב כאמור בתקנה 76 רשאי הוא לקבוע –
(1)את האנשים שיורשו לגור עם אותו סוהר;
(2)את גובה דמי השימוש שעל הסוהר לשלם;
(3)תנאים אחרים כפי שימצא לנכון.
